I'll be in Harbin in Jan 2017 and plan to visit attractions i.e. Ice & Snow World, Sun Island, etc.

Is it possible to purchase the entry ticket in advance to avoid long queues? Thanks for your advice.

Yes, you can book the tickets at the official websites of Ice & Snow World, Sun Island, etc. But the booking systems are in Chinese. You may ask your Chinese friends or hotel staff for help. Good luck to you!
