Well, you may take a bullet train to Dunhua Railway Station from Beijing Railway Station. The train departs at 07:13, and the trip takes about 8.5 hours. A second class seat costs CNY 333.5; a first class seat costs CNY 433.5. Then, take a bus to Fusong. The buses depart at 07:50 and 10:00, and the fare is CNY 52 or 56. Upon arrival, take a taxi to the resort for about CNY 50 or 60.
Or, you may fly to Changbaishan Airport from Beijing Capital Airport (about 3.5 hours). Upon arrival, take a taxi to the resort (about 30 minutes).
It is a 45-minute drive from the western slope of the mountain. You can take a hotel shuttle bus there. :)
