I live in Geneva (Switzerland), but I work in Netherlands. 1) Can I apply to a Business M type from Geneva although I work in the Netherlands?2) If I apply it, do I need to leave my passport to the China embassy in Switzerland/the Netherlands? Ludovic, yes, you can apply from Geneva. If you apply for it from Switzerland, you should submit the passport the Chinese embassy in Switzerland.
