About:Macau Visa Policy

I am holding an Iranian passport and will go to visit HK next month.

I want to take a ferry from HK to pay a visit to Macau (for one to two days, maximum). Can I obtain a VOA at the ferry port in Macau? Or is it a must for me to get the visa well in advance?

Sam, you can probably get the VOA after getting there. In this case, you don’t need to apply for a visa in advance.

Thank you so much, Mark. That's really a good news :)
Do you know what kind of document / proof do I need to submit to apply for the VOA at the checkpoint?

You need to provide your passport, the return ticket, hotel reservation, and enough travel fees.
