Three adults traveling London to Auckland. Transit time 8 hours at T3 Beijing Capital airport.

Advise on best / easiest options for rest , relax , e.g. Pay lounges, hotel rooms , to ease the long transit time.

Oh, you can take a shower and have a rest at the Hourly Lounge. It is located to the west of public area, Arrival Hall, 2F, T3-C. The telephone number is 86-010-64558577. Have a try! :)
