Heading to Philippines & Hongkong in March and want to stop in Shanghai

Hello, I will flying from the US to the Philippines in March. Our plan is March 11-16 Philippines and then Hongkong from March 17-22 (with day trips to Macau on March 18 and Guangzhou, China on March 20 with a tour operator/group). I want to go to Shanghai from HKG on March 22-26. I plan to buy a ticket from Shanghai back to the Philippines and head back to the US. Do I qualify for the 144 visa?

Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Assuming you have a U.S. passport, then yes.
