About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

I arrived at Hongkong Airport at 10 pm. After immigration and baggage claim, it will be 11 pm.

Can I still buy the Octopus Card at airport?

Yes, you can still buy an octopus card at the Airport Express round counter. A standard octopus card costs HKD 150 per adult, including HKD 50 as the deposit, and HKD 100 as the stored value. :)
