Why there is big difference in price between Shanghai Sightseeing Bus tour and the Big Bus Tour?

Personally, the fare is the biggest difference, with the former costing much less, only CNY50 for a 2-day ticket. Taking either of them, you can tour the Puxi and Pudong areas.
