About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

flight from manila to jeju philippine passport holder

Hi, i have flight to jeju with connecting flights of manila- shanghai - jeju and return flight is jeju - shanghai - chendu - manila.

Do i still need to have any transit visa for this flight? I am worried because my flight will be this coming december 8 already. I am philippine passport holder by the way.

You'll be fine if your total stay in China is less than 24 hours each way.

Hi John Doe,

Thanks for the quick response on this. Does it mean that eventhough in my return flight, i have a connecting flight from shanghai to chendu, i will not need any visa at all? Hope you can advise on this again. Thank you so much.

You'll still be fine. Make sure your total transit time in China is under 24 hours.
