can I apply for Japanese tourist visa from Chongqing?

I am a foreign student living in Chongqing. how long will it take to get the visa and how much will it cost ? thanks

Yes, you can apply for it FROM Chongqing. It will take 4 working days after you submit the application. A single-entry visa will cost CNY 200.
