About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

French and Brazilian family

Hi,
We are a family composed of French and Brazilian citizens (with permanent residency in France) and we shall go to China (via Beijing) leaving from Singapore and after going to Tokyo.
I understand we apply for the 72h exemption. Correct? Any chance for the 144h One?

Finally what is the procedure? All administrative paperwork is managed at the airport of arrival? Any specific documentation to present?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

If your itinerary is Singapore-Beijing-Tokyo or vice versa then you are good, but Beijing does not offer 144-hour transit. Make sure your transit time is well within 72 hours. There's no paperwork involved other than your ticket copy. Look for 72-hour TWOV lanes with signs when you're at immigration.
