Will arrive in HK airport at 23:30, is the train still available to olympic station at Kowloon?

Alternatively, how much is the taxi fare to area at olympic station?

Yes! Trains are still available. Take Airport Express from HKIA to Tsing Yi Station, and change to MTR Tung Chung Line to Olymipic Station. The trip takes about 30 minutes, and the fare is HKD60.

If by taxi, the fare may be around HKD 220. :)
