Plus additional hours remaining for that dat. Does that mean if i start tomorrow at 9am, that it is valid for Thurs to Fri, Fri to Sat and Sat to Sun, including the whole of Sunday?

Yes, it is true! The Airport Express Travel Pass is valid for 72 hours once used for the first time, plus additional hours up to the end of train service on the last day. That is to say, if you start to use it at 9:00, Thursday, it is valid until the end of train service on Sunday.
