About:Chinese Embassy in Poland

I am studying in Poland but my permit is still in process

since I'm Mexican I'm allowed to be in Poland legally for 90 days, but I want to apply for a Chinese visa. Could I do it from here? I have a letter from my university that says I'm an official student, can I use that?

Yes, you can do it from there. Don’t worry! If it is required, you can use the letter from the university as a proof of your legal stay there.
