Hi,is there a shuttle bus at around 22.30 pm from South Railway Station to Beijing Capital Airport?

No, there is no direct airport shuttle bus at that time. For your convenience, you are advised to take a taxi from the South Railway Station to PEK directly. Generally speaking, the cab fare is around CNY 150 at that time. :)
