Weather and wind temperatures early Dec. in Putian

Can check if the weather forecast and wind temperatures and speed during first 2 wks Dec 2016? Because considering if require heat tech or just layer clothes with jackets sufficient? Will it be very cold? Thanks

The weather forecast shows that it will be cloudy and rain slightly sometimes in early December, 2016. There will be gentle breeze with Beaufort force 3 to 4. The temperature will range from 60F to 70F. It is not very cold. Heat tech is not necessary. Just bring jackets, shirts, jeans, sneakers, and raincoats. ;)
