I plan to visit Jade dragon on Dec, Is it high wind on that month?

Is the cable car operate everyday?

According to the previous statistics, there were a few cloudy or rainy days in December, and the wind wasn't high. Usually, the cable car opens everyday as long as the weather is fine.
