About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Working in China: I am moving to Wenzhou for a year.

So I want to take my phone and smart watch with. I understand that this is to be included in my carry on bag. My questions are that how many checked baggage bags may I take with freely? And then on returning to my home country, how much can I take with before declaring it on the form? As I want to buy myself a laptop and entertainment consoles In China.

The regulation differs in different airlines. Generally, one is allowed to take 2 pieces checked luggage freely and each of them should not weigh over 32kg for passengers of first-class and business cabins; for economy cabins, the free allowance is one piece and 23kg.
You don't need to make a declaration when exiting PRC, but you should be allowed to do it when enter your country.
