About:China Visa

I'm holding s2 for medical reasons for 3 months in Beijing,

I went to Guangzhou to do some stuff there. Can I extend my visa in Guangzhou or it's a must in Beijing because the hospital is located in Beijing? And which office should I go there? How much? And is the extension easy?

I think you should apply for the extension at the exit and entry bureau in Beijing. It will cost CNY 168. IF you can provide all the required documents, it is not difficult.

What are the required documents? So it's not possible in Guangzhou? Finally should I extend on my own or by asking an agency?

You need to provide your passport, the application form, a half-length color photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, the diagnosis certificate from the hospital, and bank savings account as well as other materials the consular officers consider necessary. I’m afraid you have to extend it in Beijing. You can extend it either on your own or by asking an agency.
