About:China F Visa

With an F visa, can you stay after for personal reasons?

Hello,
If you come to China for activities that require an F visa, can you stay for personal reasons (e.g. holiday) once the activities are over?

Is the visa a minimun of 30 days, I've got a conference for 5 days, so would I then have 25 days after that ?
