So I need make a visa, could you please tell me which documents i need to bring with me at embassy, how long need wating visa and how much it cost..thank you!

Rusian, you may need to provide those documents: your passport, your residence permit in China, a passport-style photo, the employment certificate, the application form, transportation and accommodation arrangement. The application process may take 4 or 5 working days. As for the application fee, you may need to inquire about it at the embassy of Philippines.
