Is July save to visit kaohsiung? Will there be typhoon in the month of July?

Planning to visit kaohsiung again in the beginning or mid of July

Well, to be honest, July will be the typhoon season of this area. The possibility of typhoon would be high. There may have frequent rainy days during that period that would influence the sightseeing a lot. Thus you are advised to change the travel date. Generally speaking, October to May next year would be a nice period for sightseeing. :)
