About:Balagezong - Shangri-la Grand Canyon

Is it save enough to visit Balagezong in mid december?

Is it save enough to visit Balagezong in Mid December? and Is there any private transfer from Dukezong ancient city to shaxi ancient city?.

Save enough? You mean economic? December is in its off season so it's economic. The distance between Dukezong and Shaxi is over 350km so private transfer is not practical. It's advised to take a bullet train from Shangri-la to Dali Railway Station, then take a bus at the nearby Dali Bus Station to Shaxi. From Balagezong, there are direct buses to Shangri-la in the afternoon.
