British citizen traveling to Beijing for 48 hours

Hi there,

I am going to Taiwan to do a bit of work. I have decided to go to Beijing for 48 hours. Do I need a visa. I fly from taiwan to Beijing on the 13th and return to Taiwan on the 15th for my connecting flight back to Europe. Is an entry permit required.

Thank you.

You need to apply for a tourist L type entry permit if you will travel like that.
