How much does a taxi cost from Longyang Road Station to New Harbour Service Apartments for 4 people?

Is it extra with suitcases?

One cab can accept four passengers at a time. So you can share one. And there is no extra charge for luggage. Generally speaking, it would cost CNY 40-50 in the day time.
