You may take bus line E21 from the new terminal to Shuanglong Metro Station. Then, change to bus line 862 to Xinsheng Community (Xinsheng Shequ) Station, and you can see the hotel.

Bus line E21 is available from 7:30 to 20:00 at intervals of about 30 minutes. Bus line 862 departs every 10 minutes between 6:00 and 21:00.

The fare totals CNY 12. The whole trip takes about 1.5 hours.
