Hi, I have a long layover in KMG on a flight from Vientiane to Vancouver. Landing in Kunming at 17:50 and departing the following day at 08:00 (KMG-PVG) and finally from PVG at 13:30 (PVG-YVR). Can i confirm that the 24 hour stay permit will allow us to leave the airport to spend the night at a hotel.
