About:Sun Island Scenic Area

Can we still enjoy the winter sites in mid Dec.? I am coming to Harbin from Dec. 16th-19th.

And want to see the Sun Island and Ice Scupltures, will this still be possible even without the festival?

The winter sites will be open then. But the snow and ice sculptures will not be OK then as the festival officially starts on January 5th.
