About:Visa Policy of China

do I need transit visa for the itinerary below?

I am a Philippine passport holder traveling from Manila with 15 hours stop over in Shanghai to los angeles USA & Los Angeles USA - Shanghai on my return flught to Manila

Estela, because your layover time in Shanghai is less than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. Nice trip. The case is the same when you return.
