Debi,
It is true that metal people had experienced lately some years of bad luck. I would like to tell you the good news first. You will have 2 beneficial years in 2018 and 2019. Until then, your tribulations are not yet over, although next year (2017) your situation will improve just a little bit. A job you will start in 2018 will be so good to you, you will retire of old age from it. A job you get in a fire year (2016 or 2017) won't be beneficial to you and you won't like it. There is no new love for you in the cards yet.
You will suffer from money troubles for another year. Good luck to you.

Thank you Peter! Do you mean I have no future in my current job that I should seek for greener pasture? or I will be transferred to a different function in my present company?

Next year, I am planning to renovate our home, do you mean to delay the project and save the money for another year of rainy days?

I have 2 kids - daughter march 5, 2005 and son jan 27, 2015. Do you see any conflicts?

Debi,
As your good years will come, you will decide then about the job. At this time don’t rock the boat and stay where you are. You can renovate your home next year, you will pay special attention to details, and so the job will be done thoroughly. Your children don’t get along with each other. Your son will respect you all his life. Your daughter won’t get along with you either. I wish good luck to all of you.

Hi Peter,
I think this is coming true. But now Im confused. I received a good job offer from my former boss and a movement in our organization is offering me a good post. Both are promising. What do you advise please.

To be honest, it depends on you. You can choose one according to your interests and development prospect.
