Can my mom take glass tubes filled with noble gases on the plane?

Well, my mom was in China. I had her order some small glass tubes filled with Noble gases because they’re cheap and easy to get there, but I’m wondering if she can take them on the plane because one of her friends said she can but I feel like she can because None of the gases are dangerous. It’s only helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and air and the glass tubes aren’t under pressure or anything maybe under a slight vacuum, but that shouldn’t be a problem with safe packaging?

Actually, it is uncertain to be allowed to carry these glass tubes filled with noble gases onto plane even if there is no risk of leakage and the quantity is within a reasonable range for personal use. You should better consult your airline for specific information in advance.
