Dolgar, if you go there for sightseeing activities, you should apply for a tourist entry permit. The first step is to prepare those required documents including a completed application form affixed with a passport-style photo, proof of your financial standing, copy of your passport, flight itinerary, hotel booking record, and your travel plan.
