Hi! My friends and I will be arriving at Shanghai Pudong Airport on Decelmber 11 at 12 midnight. What time will the Pudong Airport Station open? Also, can we collect our December 13 tickets to Hangzhou (two days advance) in that station? Thank you so much in advance for answering. :)

There is no railway station in Pudong airport. I guess you will departs from Shanghai railway station or Shanghai Hongqiao station? You can do the collection at any time as long as you hold the passports and pick up number. The station usually begin work around 5:30 to 6:00am.
