Single marriage certificate expired in china any solution plz

June 30 Chinese embassy in Pakistan had issued me single marriage certificate after attestation. but Hubei wuhan marriage office told me ''sorry its expired'' and no more word, i told her i got this affidavit on march 16 then submitted to Chinese embassy for attestation and finally got on June 30. i think it's valid for 6 months but she said sorry its expired. now what to do, how to solve it, do i have to make a new one again? Thanks in anticipation.
