Minor travelling

Hello,

My niece is travelling from France alone to see me. She is a minor. What extra documents does she need? Also, is it better for her to get a Visa L or a Q? She is staying for less than 30 days.

Thank you!

Mane, she can just apply for a tourist L type. She may need to provide the consent letter from her parents and copies of parents’ passports. Actually, just to play safe, you are advised to contact with the embassy of China and ask if your niece can travel alone.
