Question

and wanted to know what entry permit I will need to apply for?I have booked MEL - PEK returned. Spending 4 nights in Beijing, 2 nights in Xi'an, 3 nights in Shanghai, then 4 nights in Hong Kong, and then 1 night in Macau. Then travelling back to Beijing in the morning for a late afternoon back to Melbourne. Will I need to apply for a double entry Visa?Thanks

Jake, when you return to Australia, you will travel like Macau-Beijing-Australia and your stay in Beijing will be less than 24 hours, right? If so, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing. In this case, you just need to apply for a single entry tourist L type entry permit for China.
