the counter No. for collecting tickets in Guangzhou South railway station for foreigners

I have read in some websites that foreigners must go to 3 hall to buy or collect tickets. Is it true? Where is this third hall? People wrote that it is not inside railway station, but outside. I already have booked tickets, in which ticket offices can I collect tickets?
