About:Chinese Embassy in Ecuador

Hi, does an Ecuadorian passport holder need a visa to enter PRC, entering Beijing?

Also what if the Ecuadorian passport holder is located in the USA?
I believe recently requirements have changed.

Nick, based on what I know, you still need to apply for a visa to enter Beijing. And you should apply for it beforehand even if you live in USA.
