About:China Train

High Speed trains from Kunming


I will be in Kunming on 9th - 14th January 2017 and I would like to go for a ride on a High Speed (Bullet) train.
Will the line from Kunming to Shangsha be open for passengers on the High Speed (Bullet) train?

The news says the construction can be finished at the end of this year, but if this can be put into service at the begining of 2017 or not cannot be confirmed.
