How can I withdraw money with Nigerian MasterCard?

Try but there show there service is cancelled.

Young, if you withdraw money from ATM machines, you need to find the ones that have the symbol of MasterCard. Or, the serivce should be unavailable. Alternatively, go to the service counters of the banks for a try.
