About:Xian Xianyang International Airport

Withdraw money with Mastercard in XiAn Airport

My bank can't exchange RMB for some reason and my only way to go is to withdraw money from the ATM when I arrive. I have a Mastercard card. I've heard the Bank of China is the only one that accepts Mastercard. Is there a Bank of China ATM in the airport? I don't see it in the list

Yes. One is on F1 and the other one is on F2, T2. If you still can't find them after your arrival, you can ask the staff.
