About:China Transit Visa

Manila to Toronto, 2 stops in China

I'll be traveling to Toronto from Manila. I will be having 2 stopovers in China. First layover, is in Guangzhou for 2h and 55m. From Guangzhou, I will fly to Beijing and will be having a layover of another 3h and 15m before taking off to my final destination to Canada.
To sum it up the 2 layovers in China is 6h and 10m. Plus the travel duration to from Guangzhou to Beijing of 3h and 15m also.
Do I need to have a transit visa?

As the layover time does not total up to 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24h direct transit policy, so the transit permit is not necessary.
