About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Refund policy.

Hello
R/sir 'madam today I bought two tickets from guangzhou to yiwu city '
Infartunatle I had lost the tickets ten minutes before train departure'
May I have any concessions for re booking?

The policy says you need to report the loss at least 20min before departure. After the departure time, you need to buy new ticket instead. The old ticket cannot be refund.
