About:China Visa Application in USA

3 hours by foot in China

We are travelling in Vietnam and want to visit China near sapa hekou for a few hours.we will return by foot to Vietnam. Do we need a visa?

Yes, I think you need one, and I wonder whether you can walk to Vietnam. Maybe you will need some special permit.
