problem to collect our tickets

Hi, we booked train Shanwei - Xiamen for 4 persons. We received 4 confirmation e-mail, but the pickup number is the same everywhere. On the station, they say we need to have 4 different pickup numbers. What should we do?

In fact there can be many tickets under one pick up number. We are a group of two and our two seats are under same pick up number. It is no problem. Maybe you need to contact this website to see if they have all the seats under the same pick up number.
