Shenzen Airport to Shenzhen North railway Station

Im going to visit china next month. My flight will be arrives at Shenzen airport by 2.00am.
I planning to buy train ticket from shenzen north to guilin north, departure at 7.30am.
How to go to Shenzen north station from Shenzen airport?
Is that possible for me to take the ride to guilin at 7.30am at Shenzen North Station, once arrives at shenzen airport?
