About:China Transit Visa

Thai passport , stop over at PEK

Hi.I'm holding Thai passport and I will travelling from Bangkok to Seattle by Hainan airline.

My itinerary included 8 hrs layover at PEK airport. I read in article but it doesn't seem clear to me that do i really need transit visa in advance for that.
Hope you could help. Thanks!!

Som, you don’t need a transit G type entry permit because you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing.
