Regarding point 6)

If i am currently not working will a bank statement with my total funds be enough?
With regards to proof of legal stay is this a photo copy of vietnam visa as i am now in vietnam? Should i also print a copy of where i have stayed in vietnam?

Usually, proof o your financial support is enough. The work certificate is not necessary.
Copy of your Vietnam entry permit can be used as proof of legal stay in Vietnam.
