About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Where to collect train tickets for Guilin in shenzhen?

I have booked the tickets and have the pnr number. Where and when should i pickup the tickets. I stay in Hong Kong

Did you booked a flight or rail ticket? If for flight, you need to change the boarding pass at the airport. If by rail, you need to collect it at the railway station in China mainland.

We will be coming from Hong Kong to Shenzhen and after that we will take the train to Guilin. Can you please advise if the tickets can be collected at shenzhen north railway station?
