i have vietnam visa,but i live in the usa. i also dont have us citizen.

Question

Now, i want to visit HK and back to visit Vietnam. WHAT should I do for my entry permit?Which way is easy? Back to vietnam get entry permit and then go to HK or get vise in the US and then traver to hongkong and then back to VIetnam

Ngan, you can try to apply for it in USA, and then visit HK directly. You should first prepare those documents for HK tourist entry permit: copy of your passport, the fully filled-out application form, a half-length color photo taken recently, hotel reservation, flight itinerary and your travel plan. Afterwards, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply.
